- Order total in cart must be $99+ before tax to qualify for Free Standard Shipping. If order total is not met, a $4.99 shipping rate will apply.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks shipping time by the carrier.
- All rates are subject to change at any time.
- We currently do not offer shipping to PO boxes.
- Shipping to Puerto Rico and Guam is not currently available.
Gregory Mountain Products does not offer international shipping at this time.
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and may not leave them at the door.)
If you use a freight forwarder or ship to a non-residential address (such as a hotel): Gregory Mountain Products is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered. This means that Gregory Mountain Products is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.
